I received excellent help when I went to their garden center today. A staff member assessed my needs and gave me a tour of the business and made really good recommendations for me. I'll be back when I need more plants (and that won't take long).

I really thought about writing a review from my visit. First, I have to give credit where it’s due β€” the place has a beautiful selection of trees, flowers, and plants. However, the owner was probably the worst part of the experience when it came to customer service. Coming from another business owner, first impressions matter, and unfortunately this one was disappointing. My wife, son, and I were genuinely excited because we thought we had found the perfect place to buy trees and plants for our new homestead. We were planning to purchase around 20 or more trees and plants, which could have easily turned into several thousand dollars in business. What really stood out to me was the way the owner treated some of the employees. There was one very kind young lady working there who honestly seemed to have more knowledge about customer service than the owner himself. I simply asked if there was any possibility of getting a better deal since we were planning a large purchase. The way he responded completely changed the atmosphere for us. My wife and I looked at each other and decided it was best to leave and find another place we could build a relationship with. I’m not sure if he un

This nursery has a wonderful selection of plants and a welcoming atmosphere. The quality of the plants is great, and I’ve always found something special when I visit. Jenny has always been so kind and wonderful with answering my plethora of questions. That said, I did feel uncomfortable after a comment was made twice (by a female worker) implying that I was unkind to my dog, also stating that I had visited the store three days in a row so I must have a problem. I do mystery shopping as a part time job, and this is really not a good representation of your business. I am always gentle and loving with my dog, but as a responsible pet owner I believe in setting clear boundaries, so sometimes firmness is necessary. Also working from home can be tough and isolating, so finding local places to visit just for a breath of fresh air is necessary. Aside from that experience, I value the business and the care put into the beautiful plants and the opportunity to expand my plant collection too.

I've been going ro A&A for about three mobths now. This is my 5th visit. The nursery is well organized, clean, and easy to get get around. The staff is outstanding and provide great customer service ( in particular Beth and Lisa). Who are very personable young ladies. There is a great selection of plants that are healthy, lush and priced well. I purchased a snake plant, and a ZZ plant on this trip. I believe this is my 8th snake plant purchased there. I now consider myself a regular customer.
